It combines in a single piece two elements as different as mirrors and televisions. The result of this union is a television that, when turned off, behaves like a mirror and, otherwise, displays the desired image on the screen.

To achieve this, a type of mirror known as a "dielectric" mirror is used. This type of mirrors, at first glance, are not too far from the traditional mirrors that we can find in any home. However, inside, they have layers of non-conductive material of electricity, which allow different wavelengths.

In the case of televisions with built-in mirrors, the glass is designed to allow the passage of light from the television, regulating, among other things, the wavelengths emitted by the panel, while the rest of the spectrum is reflected, which provides the mirror effect. Result: When the LED panel is off, we have a standard mirror for the bathroom, decoration, ... but when it is connected, it becomes a high definition screen to access the content we want.
